All Clad and the Canadian Chefs’ Congress will host a cook-off on Sunday, September 12th at 4:15pm to 5:00pm on the Main Stage at the BC Chefs’ Congress. This is will be a “Black Box” cook-off and we invite those of you attending the BC Congress to sign up. Competitors will be drawn prior to the Cook-off. You may enter anytime at the Canadian Chefs’ Congress table in the marketplace. A prize of All Clad cookware will be awarded to the participants.
