Your delegate package includes accommodation in one of two campground sites on Providence Farm. You can socialize with other delegates in the spirited campground site or opt for a more serene experience at the quiet campground.

CCC 2010: Oceans for Tomorrow

The Canadian Chefs’ Congress 2010 on Vancouver Island will focus on chefs and their relationship to the ocean and its current fragile state. We will look at sustainable practices as well as the impact of our actions of today on the oceans of tomorrow.
