Grand Pré, Nova Scotia the site of Canadian Chefs’ Congress 2012

We’re happy to announce that the 2012 Canadian Chefs’ Congress will be held at Grand Pré National Historic Site near Wolfville Nova Scotia.

The Nova Scotia Congress will take place September 17 and 18, with a Lobster Boil on the beach happening September 16, 2012. Tickets will go on sale next week for both the congress and the lobster boil which will be a fundraiser for the Canadian Chefs’ Congress.
