BC Committee
After returning from the inaugural congress in 2009, Vikram Vij and Robert Clark, with the support of the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia, secured the winning bid for the right to host the second event in 2010.
The committee members below all share a passion for the general theme of this congress, which is the health of our oceans, and all believe in the missions statements of the Canadian Chefs Congress and the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia.
