The BC and National Committees will be throwing a number of fundraising events leading up to the Canadian Chefs’ Congress. We would appreciate any support you can give – buy tickets, promote events, donate – to allow the Canadian Chefs’ Congress to educate 500 chefs from across the nation about the health of our oceans.

With the wild success of June’s Mystery Kitchen Tour, PICA Director Chef Julian Bond announced an encore event to be held in late August.

Who’s cooking? What’s on the menu? You’ll find out that night. If you’re determined to figure out the mystery before you arrive, we’ll be dropping hints at the Canadian Chefs’ Congress website, on our Facebook group page, and through Twitter.

This Mystery Kitchen Tour will feature new chefs, new dishes, and more fun! If you attended the ones in June and July, we’d love to see you again in August.
