Due to timing issues the next Canadian Chefs’ Congress will take place in 2012. This continues our biennial schedule. The Congress scheduled for Newfoundland and Labrador in 2011 will now take place in 2016. We regret any inconvenience this scheduling change may have caused. Further details about the 2012 location will be announced here in the next few weeks.

Online registration will be opening on September 14, 2009. Tickets are $200 a person plus taxes and processing fees. For the first 200 registered delegates, your registration comes with a free invite to the exclusive media dinner on Providence Farm on Friday, September 10, 2010.
